Wie zijn wij? / Who are we?

Het Groninger Wargamers Guild is de vereniging voor alle soorten miniature wargaming in Groningen en omstreken.

Onze community speelt een enorme variatie aan spellen, waaronder Flames of War, Star Wars X-Wing, Armada en Legion, Warhammer 40k, Age of Sigmar, Warmachine/Hordes, Infinity en Battletech.

Wanneer de corona-beperkingen het toelaten hebben we iedere donderdagavond een speelavond in de speelruimte van de Purperen Draak en organiseren daarnaast ook regelmatig events, van toernooien tot schildermiddagen. Op dit moment kan er alleen overdag (na reservering) gespeeld worden en zijn de events helaas zeer beperkt.

The Groninger Wargamers Guild is the place to be for all kinds of miniature wargaming in the Groningen region.

Our community plays a wide variety of games, including Flames of War, Star Wars X-Wing, Armada and Legion, Warhammer 40k, Age of Sigmar, Warmachine/Hordes, Infinity and Battletech.

When corona restrictions allow it, we have game nights in the Purperen Draak every thursday and also regularly organise various events including tournaments and painting sessions. At this moment you can only play during daytime (after reservation) and events are unfortunately very limited.
